It’s International Fraud Awareness Week - November 16-22, 2025 - and a reminder that financial harm isn’t always a headline-grabbing scam. Often, it’s something small that slipped through: an unauthorised transaction, a fee charged in error, or a bank process that failed at the wrong moment.
AFCA received more than 100,000 complaints last year, and many more people never reported their issue at all. They felt embarrassed, brushed off, or simply too exhausted to pursue it.
We support Australians dealing with:
You tell us what happened.
We get to work.
Plain-English updates. No judgement. No win, no fee.
If something felt wrong — even if you haven’t reported it yet — you still have options.
